SHIPPING & HANDLING

Very happy to say Star, Stone & Spirit is global, so I do ship worldwide.

Handling: It takes me about 1-5 business days for me to ship out your package. 

Domestic Shipping (within the US): After order has been shipped, the package will arrive in around 2-6 business days.

International Shipping: After order has been shipped, the package will arrive in around 6-14 business days.

All shipping is done through USPS. Smaller packages come with Standard First-Class shipping. Larger packages and/or ones that weigh 1lb. or more come with Priority shipping.

*If you’d like to add shipping insurance to an order, upgrade your shipping, and/or request a

different shipping provider (UPS, DHL Express), please email me beforehand to chat details.

Please keep in mind that these requests may alter the shipping cost.

 

Tracking:  All domestic orders (& a few other countries, including Canada, Great Britain, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, North Ireland, Germany & several more) come with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your package has officially been shipped. 

All other international orders don’t come with a tracking number. All international packages do, however, come with a customs number.

          When placing an order, please double check that you submit all the correct information for the shipping address!! If you realize you made a mistake or a typo, please contact me ASAP. If you reach out in time & the order hasn’t yet been shipped out, I can correct the address before shipping it. Otherwise, I am not responsible for what happens to this package due any insufficient address info. If a package is returned to me via USPS for any reason, you’ll be required to repay the shipping fee to then re-ship to the correct address. 

RETurns & refunds

LOST, STOLEN, or DAMAGED PACKAGES

For Jewelry Items Specifically: If you’d like to return a jewelry item, just be sure to contact me within the grace period of five days (5 days) after receiving the package regarding a refund. 

 

Regarding All Other Products (Everything Except Jewelry): I am unable to offer refunds, returns & exchanges for any & all non-jewelry products (home decor, herbs, pipes, crystals & specimens, etc.). All sales are final for these products.

Once I’ve safely shipped out a package on my end, it’s no longer in my control what happens to a package or how it may be carried and handled along its travels to the shipping address. Because of this, Star, Stone and Spirit is not responsible for any lost, damaged (due to carrier mishandling), or stolen packages.

Damaged Packages: 

When packing your orders, I lovingly and attentively take extra care and precaution to make sure your orders are efficiently wrapped up and securely packaged so that they arrival at their destination all safe & sound! Regardless, (even though it's not too common,) carrier mishandling is a possibility and could potentially result in some damage to a package. This, unfortunately, is out of my control.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once I drop the package off at the USPS, it is no longer in my hands & I am no longer responsible for anything that may potentially happen to it.

To take extra preventative measures and lessen the possibility of theft, keep your eye out on the package's whereabout using its tracking number to arrange that you or a trusted individual will be at home (or at/around the address at the time of its arrival) to receive the package and not leave it out on door step if you're concerned, as that would have the potential to make it susceptible to theft. And we don’t want NONE of that, honey! Better safe than sorry! 

If a package does end up getting lost (perhaps at one of the USPS shipping stations the package passes through via its shipping route - the tracking info might be able to indicate this), then you can visit USPS.com and file a claim for a missing or stolen package.
